Made with acid free cotton lintner paper, milled at one of the oldest mills in the world, contains 200 pages (100 sheets), this custom leather journal is renaissance style. The leather used to create this journal is superior grade, 4-5 ounce American cowhide - rugged, so that it will withstand frequent use, heavy wear, or frequent packing and unpacking, and, yet, it will age gracefully, breaking in like a fine pair of shoes over time.

This custom leather journal features silk cording (reminiscient of an old style prayer rope) and button closure. These custom leather journals are individually handcrafted and are guaranteed to lay flat (making writing in these journals very easy) - no matter which page you are writing on - from the first to the last and all the pages in between, you will find this custom leather journal to be exceptionally easy to write in. 1. Personalization & Customization: Legacy Journals offers hand tooled personalization of all of our handmade leather journals with your name or personal motto. 2. Leather color: Our leather supplier supplies us with superior quality dometic 4-5 ounce (cow) leather hides that accept color exceptionally well (so that we can dye the hide by request). This allows us to offer a wide range of colors, or custom colors (by request). The leather colors listed in our options are our "standard" colors. However, if you would like a color not listed below, simply contact us, as we can dye a leather hide to match most color requests.
3. Journal Size: We offer you five standard journal sizes: small: 5" x 6.5", medium: 6" x 9", large: 8" x 10", extra large: 9" x 12", and xx-large: 12" x 15".

Paper Options: We have added the following paper options to help you tailor your leather handcrafted journal from Legacy Journals to fit your style and needs.Your feedback has shown us that some people prefer lined pages in their journals, but, you love the acid-free property and quality of our paper!
