The Legacy Journals studio is located in Pleasantville, Iowa. We have clients worldwide, and wish to make contacting us as easy as possible for those people that located outside of Pleasantville, Iowa. Our customer service hours are:

• Monday through Thursday: 10 AM to 6 PM Central Time
• Friday & Saturday: In studio appointments (arranged in advance) only
• Sunday: closed

Legacy Journals is located in the Central Standard Time zone (-1 hour Eastern, +1 hour Mountain, +2 hours Pacific) . We make every effort to answer our phone during office hours. On occasion, we may be on another line or in the workshop when you call. If this is the case, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

While this is the slowest method of contacting us, we are more than happy to receive mail! Please allow adequate time for us to receive your mail. If you would like to visit our studio in person, please call to make an appointment. Our studio is open to the public on an appointment-only basis.
